Appointments cancelled in under 24 hours of the service time will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. No call/ no shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. We have a no children or extra guests policy as we want to provide the most relaxing environment for our clients including yourself and when fully booked, we are limited on space.
